Let’s be upfront: this is a physical job. You’ll be on your feet, working outdoors, bending, reaching, and putting real effort into every vehicle. Some days will be hot, and some vehicles will challenge you.
But the work is also extremely rewarding and laid-back. You get to see the results of your work immediately, spend your day working on different vehicles and meeting different customers, and take pride in turning a vehicle around from start to finish.
We’re not interested in creating a workplace where a manager is constantly looking over your shoulder. We train you, give you the tools and systems to succeed, and trust you to do your job. If you’re dependable, take pride in your work, and enjoy staying active, you’ll have a lot of freedom and room for growth here.
This is a great fit for someone who wants to work hard without feeling micromanaged, enjoys working independently, and likes the satisfaction of seeing what they accomplished at the end of the day. We are based out of Tarpon Springs and prefer applicants to live relatively close by.
